Cube: Pedestal

Utilizing my white walled ‘nowhere space’ called Cube, I introduced another gallery standard object, a 12″x 12″x 42″ white pedestal, into the setting.

My concern was how to activate the pedestal in order to elevate it’s status to primary object rather than secondary. Using ratchet straps, a handy art moving tool, the pedestal was bound and I increased the potential energy through labor, releasing it to become art.
