Set Point: a display of works by Ryder Richards
The Cube
#8 Howard Cook Rd, Roswell
The Cube hosts it’s inaugural exhibition Set Point. Presenting several works by Ryder Richards created within the past year, Set Point offers a spectrum of objects by which to ascertain the severity of growth or atrophy Richards undergoes over the following 10 months of his stay in Roswell.
As his first solo-exhibit in Roswell, Richards is thrilled that he has allowed himself to exhibit in The Cube. Richards, an artist and director of The Cube, finds it “convenient” and “not at all a conflict of interest” that the first exhibiting artist also works in the art studio in which The Cube is located. Following the exhibition many of these works will be driven to The Center for Contemporary Art, Abilene, TX for Balancing Act, a two-person exhibition with Ken Dixon.
